Review First I have been amazed about the Idea and how easy it was to sharpen the knife. But found out that it is easy to kill the knife very quickly. Especially once you use the whole Set which, in my opinion is a must, as just this little machine can't reach real sharpness. After try and error I bought the Worksharp professional precision adjust. That's a fixed angle sharpener, where one sharpens with stones over a fixed sharpening arm. That's the system I highly advise if you want really professional sharpening. With this system, I found out how I wrecked my blades sharpened with ... see on top. I sold the whole Ken Onion system, abd stay with the Worksharp professional precision adjust, now in the Elite Edition with black box and 3 more cool sharpening stones.
